Higher Education and Migration Seminar

NAB_Classes_9882Following an expert roundtable held on Migration and Higher Education in December 2012, this invitation only seminar sought to explore important issues from a range of perspective regarding: the impact of migration controls on the numbers and quality of students and staff; the costs to Higher Education and institutions; the impact of limitations on the right to remain and work after completing education; and longer term impacts on the competitiveness of UK Higher Education and economic growth.

The afternoon seminar was chaired by LSE London’s Director, Tony Travers. There were two discussion sessions and a drinks reception followed. Distinguished speakers included:
